HD Furniture ApS
HD Furniture ApS receives online payments with; Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the outdoor kitchen is dispatched or unless otherwise agreed.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

HD Furniture ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.
HD Furniture ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Payments will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped.
The delivery time for your order is 3-5 weeks.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
HD Furniture ApS ships goods with Danskdistribution.dk
Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code.
Important! Write NEVER under on receipt of order / consignment note before you have checked your delivery for errors and defects.
If there is visible damage to the packaging, make reservations by writing
"Received, with reservations due to damaged packaging ”on the consignment note.
Freight damage and defects must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible
Remember the order number that appears on the consignment note.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will bear any return costs yourself.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the use of the right of withdrawal.
Desire to use the right of withdrawal as well the standard cancellation form in completed condition must be sent to email@example.com (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to HD Furniture ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right to make a complaint about the product is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in material and manufacture.
Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to HD Furniture ApS within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint lapses due to incorrect or unusual use of the product.

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered in HD Furniture ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

Opportunities for appeal
In the event of a complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: email@example.com and the website on which you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Boards (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
