HD Furniture ApS accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer, PayPal and Klarna. 

We do not charge card fees.

In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order details to Klarna in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own Data Protection Notice.

For bank transfers, you are not protected by the objection mechanism. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection system. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website. 

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the outdoor kitchen is dispatched or unless otherwise agreed.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international debit card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we collect the amount when we send the goods, or
2) until the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

HD Furniture ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.

HD Furniture ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Payments will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped.

The delivery time for your order is 4-8 weeks.

Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.

The freight is calculated based on weight and postcode. The price is between 850kr to 2.400kr to non-bridged islands.

Important! For your own safety, you should never sign the order receipt/waybill before you have checked your delivery for shipping damage. If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should also take precautions. For example, you can write:

"Received with reservation due to damaged packaging" on the waybill.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

You will bear any return costs yourself.

The wish to withdraw must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt and the goods must be returned within 14 days of us being informed of the right of withdrawal.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us.


Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You will have to pay for the return of the parcel yourself, and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Our goods cannot be returned by normal post.
The cost of returning these goods is expected to cost a maximum of 800kr. Extra costs are borne by ByLogstrup / HD Furniture ApS.

The condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will get a small part or none of the purchase price back.

The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the cost of shipping.

It is up to HD Furniture ApS to assess the condition of the goods.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the goods have depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation.
We will return the money using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof that you have returned them.

Right of complaint
A 2-year right to make a complaint about the product is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in material and manufacture.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the goods repaired, replaced, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to HD Furniture ApS in reasonable time that you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to get a receipt of dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs. 

The complaint lapses due to incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Customer & Privacy Policy in relation to purchases

We do not resell personal data.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with HD Furniture ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered in HD Furniture ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and are not authorised to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

The director and the employees of HD Furniture ApS have access to the information that is registered about you and is only used in relation to purchases from us.
